Reason for joining the Board:
I joined the monca Board in 2019 as a perfect complement to utilize my skills and my passion for the arts and project management. monca represents everything that is important to me, an “art building community” mission with inclusivity at the heart by promoting art for the benefit of the overall health of our town. Putting my project management, business, and art skillsets to work for the arts, I strive to be an integral part of taking monca to the next level and growing into the amazing space the Veteran’s Memorial building offers. The ultimate goal is to enhance art education with an emphasis on equity, diversity, and inclusion, to provide interactive art experiences to the community, to help create economic growth for the city, county, and the north state, and to always be an advocate for the arts.
I am currently serving as the monca Board President. I manage the Marketing for the museum and participate in the Capital Campaign Committee as well as the Collections Committee. I have served on the Exhibition Committee and the Event Committee.
