Join us as we take a mental break from the chaos of today through the live guidance of Ramekon 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 29 on Facebook. Don’t worry if you miss the meditative session as we will save this class for viewing at your convenience.
Ramekon O’Arwisters’ Mindfulness Meditation sessions are designed for participants at all levels. Our live stream will kick off with a brief introduction, followed by the history and benefits of mindfulness, principles, and techniques, culminating in a meditation session which will last approximately 20 minutes.
Mindfulness is a state of being present, utilizing your breath to calm the mind. Practicing mediation can lead to increased focus, creativity, enhance your memory, compassion, and productivity—along with reduced anxiety, stress, pain, depression, and emotional balance.
