monca Exhibit is Feb. 13th in Chico

The Museum of Northern California Art, known as monca, will host a photography exhibit and sale this month. Titled “Fall in Love With monca II: North State Structures … from Towers to Tombs,” the exhibit will feature community-submitted photographs.
