Art Educator for over 35 years, grades K - University levels with certification in Michigan, Missouri and California. Previously worked as a gallery director at the 1078 Gallery in Chico, CA. Education and Docent Coordinator at Laumeier Sculpture Park in St. Louis, MO and Lead Reader and Scorer for Educational Testing Service/Art Praxis Tests for the past 14 years to the present. National Board Certified in 1996. MA in Printmaking from Eastern Michigan University, BAE (Art Education) from Eastern Michigan University.
Trudy Duisenberg

Fourteen years in marketing and contracts administration with Silver Burdett and Addison-Wesley textbook publishers. Executive producer of The USA vs.Tokyo Rose, an award winning documentary carried by major PBS anchor stations in US. Japanese language rights sold to public television of Japan for national broadcast. Founder of Coastlight Press which published The Silicon Syndrome, Coastlight: An Anthology of Contemporary Poets of the Bay Area and Alive Into the Wilderness: the Autobiography of a Married Priest. Community collaboration experience as President of the Palo Alto/Midpeninsula Arts Council for 6 years. Retired from Enloe Medical Center after 7 years as Community Outreach Coordinator.
Nancy Leverette

Retired Educator, grades K,1,& 2 for 15 years then stay at home mom with a passion for the arts. Currently serving on the board of the Blue Room Theatre Company in Chico. BA in Political Science & Anthropology from UCSB, MA in Early Childhood Education from Pepperdine.
Reed Applegate
Board Member
A native of Chico and avid collector of Northern California Art. Began focus on purchasing from area artists in the mid 1970's and has collected several works by major artists including prints by Wayne Thiebaud, Roy De Forest, Nathan Olivera and Robert Arneson, paintings by Roland Peterson, Paul Wonner and California Society of Six member Maurice Logan and an ink wash figure drawing by David Park. Collection now includes painting, watercolors, prints, drawings, sculpture, ceramics, and photography.
Tiffany Fisher
Board Member
Over seven years experience in nonprofit administration, three in museums. Office manager at Wildflower Open Classroom, a new charter school in Chico, CA. Worked as docent and exhibit developer at the Gateway Science Museum, also in Chico, CA from 2009-11, and volunteered on exhibits committee from 2010-11. Curatorial assistant at the SRJC Museum in Santa Rosa, CA from 2008-09. Museum experience includes administration, exhibit planning and installation, interpretation, educational programs development, marketing and public relations, and personnel training and development. B.A. in Anthropology from CSU, Chico, with two years of museum studies courses.
